- If your parcel is for business purposes, you’ll need to provide an itemized list of the contents and their declared value.

- Please make sure all freight charges are settled before the departure date.
- In the unlikely event of a lost or damaged parcel, we cannot offer informal resolutions. Legal disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of Douala, Cameroon. If the goods are carried by Ethiopian Airline, the compensation will be subject to Ethiopian Airline policies.
